Description:
WORKSHOP: Attend the live 2-day Workshop to be held August 14-15, 2008 and receive 15 hours of ACPE-approved continuing education.

CERTIFICATE PROGRAM:
(Prerequisite WORKSHOP plus online portion)

For further individualized instruction in managing complex nutritional cases enroll in the Certificate Program to receive an additional 15 hours of ACPE approved continuing education. The Certificate Program is comprised of the live 2-day workshop together with web-based discussions, assignments with faculty and guided patient management strategies. The entire certificate program takes approximately 3 months to complete and provides 30 hours of continuing education (workshop + certificate program) plus a certificate from the University of Georgia College of Pharmacy stating your completion of the ACPE-approved program.

NOTE: Workshop and Certificate programs are priced separately.
To complete all requirements for the TPN Certificate, you must complete BOTH programs.
**The workshop portion MUST be taken BEFORE the certificate portion.**

PRICE INCLUDES: Instructional Materials,Continental breakfast and lunch both days and processing fee for CE certificate.
