3.Greet a Spanish-speaking patient and ask basic questions.

6.Discuss insurance.
7.Inform patients of prescription status.
8.Communicate problems with refills.
9.Obtain personal information such as drug allergies and current medications.
10.Name prescription and over-the-counter medications.
11.Give accurate directions for use including warnings of side effects and drug interactions.
