Describe appropriate criteria which much be evaluated to assess the nutritional needs of a patient requiring TPN.
State various methods which are used in designing a TPN regimen.
Describe complications which may occur secondary to TPN and state how these can be minimized.
State specific modifications in TPM regimens which may be necessary in the patient with pulmonary, renal and hepatic disease.
Describe the process of placing a patient on cyclic TPN.
