1. Differentiate between seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis.
2. Describe the immune-mediated mechanism of allergic rhinitis.
3. List the symptoms of allergic rhinitis.
4. Identify the desired therapeutic outcomes in the management of allergic rhinitis.
5. Recommend appropriate treatment for patients with allergic rhinitis.
6. Educate patients regarding potential adverse effects of the medications used to treat allergic rhinitis.
